Job Description :

• Smooth implementation, ad-trafficking and ad-management of all online advertising campaigns.
• Responsible for trafficking, optimisation, monetization and reporting of multiple Publishers.
• Maintaining detailed records and evaluating ROI to upsell.
• Ability to use data and key performance metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysis for performance optimisations.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for campaign execution and optimisation, to reach aggressive targets
• Timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with publisher specs and also brand policies.
• Maintaining detailed reports and troubleshoot various issues to effectively run advertising campaigns.
• Creating and updating daily reports in publisher portal.
• Creating Waterfall and making sure connections are proper.
• Getting approvals from various demand partners and SSPs. 

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in ad-operations & account management.
• Bachelor degree in computers or similar from a good university.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Flash, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in working Zedo, PubMatic, OpenX etc ad servers is a plus.
• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to take full ownership, end to end.

• Team player as well as ability to work independently.
• High attention to details.
• Extremely organized, and capable of handling multiple ad hoc requests simultaneously.
