Job Description
- Account Manager/Recruitment Lead
- Exp: 0 – 1 years
- Education: Any graduation
- Will be involved in the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Will be handling vendors & build vendor team.
- Handling internal team and guiding them on time to time basis.
- Will be responsible for volume and lateral hiring
- Should be able to attract passive candidates.
- Partner with business to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage business expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.
- Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.
- Excellent sourcing skills using various channels e.g, Linkedin, Networking Sites, Campus Hiring, Headhunting, Portals, Referrals, Vendors etc
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting.
- Responsible for Recruitment Reports, such as Capacity Utilization, Hit Ratio, Cost Analysis, etc
- Should have worked on lateral and leadership positions
- High on persuasiveness which helps drive closures
- Good written, conversational and presentation capabilities
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
- Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership
- Flexibility to work in extended shifts/ weekends.
- Experience in working with a consultancy.
