JOB PURPOSE:

The primary role of Accounts Manager is to ensure and manage overall systematic and smooth functioning of Accounts for assigned division
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:CA
SOFTWARE & ERP
MIS-Office including advance excel & Tally
EXPERIENCE:Fresh and experience both

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accounting systems
Manage day to day funds for effective working capital control
To set up small processes for smooth accounting work
Maintain books of account as per the requirements of Company's Act and Income Tax Act
Ensure effectiveness of accounting systems to satisfy the internal and external customers
Follow up with financers for the funds
Ensure timely accounting & reconciliations of Banks/Branches
Ensure timely closing of accounts in the system and ensure timely data transfer to relevant servers for MIS
Checking & signing of cash and bank payments to clients, employees and others as per authorized procedures
Ensure that all the statutory and Internal reports are ready on time
Ensure that all the statutory payments are done on time
Ensure compliance with the financial Accounting standards
Ensure the consolidation of the MIS reports for the assigned region
Work in co-ordination with other departments/ companies to provide data to help day to day working
Maintain a continuous relationship with other locations
Ensure a good relationship with the clients by rendering quality jobs on time
Provide cross functional support to operations within the region
