Job Profile: Account Manager

Qualification: Graduation in science and MBA from top tie institutes.
Experience : 3 + Years.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key industry players
  • End to end Project Management of partnerships – Manage multiple projects, develop the project
  • plans, coordinate issues between client, stakeholders, 3rd party, and produce key project
  • deliverables
  • Developing and maintaining the strategic account plans for the accounts assigned
  • Co-ordination with the internal teams to ensure delivery of assignments in a timely manner
  • Ensure that we maintain business year on year and add additional business from the same
  • customer
  • The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with sharp communication and interpersonal skills. He has a client-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills. He must be able to engage and coordinate large groups of cross-department people in order to meet achieve results.
Experience
    • Candidate should be having a life sciences background ( Pharmacy ,Biotechnology , Microbiology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry and allied subjects) is a must.
    • Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Empathic development of long-term customer relationships
    • Agile project management
Skills
    • Start-up experience is preferable
    • The ability to analyse, model and interpret data.
    • Advanced courses in excel, the analytical tool will be preferred.
    • Excellent people management, problem-solving and communication skills to ensure the smooth operation of internal and external stakeholders.
    • Good negotiation skills as they seek to resolve conflicts by finding the win-win scenarios for everyone.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
