Details
  • Location - Mumbai
  • Once in a month travel to Technology Office in Pune
  • Occasional travel to Delhi and Bangalore for customer meetings
  • Intra city travel across Mumbai for meetings
  • Reporting to - Business Head (Kaizad Shroff)
  • Working closely with Product Manager and CEO
Primary Role - Farmer
  • First line of contact for contracted and signed up customers
  • Manage and support signed up customers for following
  • Product presentations to various business heads and department
  • Macro level product training to key users
  • Updating them on new features and release
  • Understanding new requirements, pain points and problem statements
  • R&D; and scoping new ideas and use cases
  • Work with internal tech team in solving issues and bugs
  • Passing industry knowledge, new requirements and problem statements to Internal Product Team
  • Key deliverables :
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Relationship with key stakeholders at customer end
  • Monthly active users and usage
  • Timely collections
  • Product explanation
  • Customer profile - Large Private Sector Banks, Insurance Companies, NBFCs and Mutual Funds
Secondary Role - Hunter
  • Pitch and acquire new customers in BFSI sector - NBFCs and Lending companies
  • Backed by a Lead Generation Team
  • Manage cycle from First pitch to closure
  • Physical and online presentations on product
Job Requires
  • Very good relationship building and management skills
  • Very good presentation skills to large audience
  • Public speaking skills
  • Concept selling skills
  • Good spoken and written English, good spoken Hindi. Good spoken Marathi will be added advantage
  • High amount of patience
  • Confidence in representing and pitching the product CXOs and Business Heads of large BFSI companies
  • Liking towards
  • Using and understanding consumer focused technology products and apps
  • Training and explaining how to use a product to non tech savvy users
  • Wanting to understand problems with customers and solving them using technology
Day To Day Job Will Require
  • Deep understanding of WorkApps products, its use cases and each and every feature
  • Tracking daily usage of all accounts
  • Meetings and presentations with various departments, business heads and key stakeholders to make various use cases live
  • Meetings and calls to explain new releases and understand more use cases
  • Internal reporting to Business Head and CEO on Account status and performance
Professional Requirement
  • Minimum 5 years + experience in Sales or Account Management with Enterprise Customers
  • Previously worked in Mumbai, and currently located in Mumbai
  • Previously sold technology products or tech enabled products
  • Categories - HRMS, CRM, Security, Marketing automation, Recruitment automation
  • Preference will be given to
  • Roles where the candidate has sold to large enterprises in BFSI sector
  • Worked in startups
  • Education in any stream of computers
  • Sold to CXOs directly
