Job Description
- Capable to handle accounts of single company independently.
- Accurate Book Keeping of Books of accounts.
- Finalization of Books of accounts.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Finalization of Balance sheet.
- Taxation Knowledge: GST, VAT, Service Tax, TDS, Excise, Sale Tax about their statutory requirement, assessment, return etc.
- Knowledge of ESI/PF, Challan, Returns.
- Should be able to supervise the entries in the systems.
- Be able to check the legal compliances related entries.
- Be able to scrutinize the General ledger, vendor accounts, staff accounts and customer accounts on regular basis with the support of other staff.
- Be able to monitor book keeping of vouchers to remove delays in recording of expenses.
- Should be able to understand the banking transactions with respect to Import payments, LC and BG issuances.
