Position title : Account Manager – Partner Retention. 

Key responsibilities:

• Build relationship with existing customers to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services.
  
• Maintain high customer retention rates.
  
• To identify customers who have availed our service in the past and likely to buy our product again and follow up with them.
  
• Proactively educate the customers about our new services and up sell our product.
  
• Establish relationship with the customers by representing the company in a positive light all the times before and after selling.
  

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills
  
• Proven ability to build a relationship.
  
• Problem-solving ability.
  
• Customer centric, ability to be flexible and creative in dealing different customers. 
  
• Highly motivated to make sales.
  
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
  
• Decent English communication skills ( should know any regional languages- Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi)
  
• Work location – Shanthinagar (Double road), Bangalore
  
• Working days – Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday holiday) and fixed Sunday holiday.
  
• Shift – Day shift ( Domestic voice process)
  
• Salary – upto 3lac + attractive daily incentives. 
  
• Experience – 0 to 3 years of experience (preferably in Telesales)
