Job Description
Position title : Account Manager – Partner Retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationship with existing customers to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services.
- Maintain high customer retention rates.
- To identify customers who have availed our service in the past and likely to buy our product again and follow up with them.
- Proactively educate the customers about our new services and up sell our product.
- Establish relationship with the customers by representing the company in a positive light all the times before and after selling.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service skills
- Proven ability to build a relationship.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Customer centric, ability to be flexible and creative in dealing different customers.
- Highly motivated to make sales.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
- Decent English communication skills ( should know any regional languages- Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi)
- Work location – Shanthinagar (Double road), Bangalore
- Working days – Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday holiday) and fixed Sunday holiday.
- Shift – Day shift ( Domestic voice process)
- Salary – upto 3lac + attractive daily incentives.
- Experience – 0 to 3 years of experience (preferably in Telesales)
