Job Description
- Facilities & account manger with preferably 4-5 yrs of experience in managing facilities of 250 unit apartment complex
- Should be capable to handle staff of 15 people and manage day to day operations
Skills required :
- Accounting background with computer knowledge in MS office specially excel and tally
- Staff management
- Reporting
Good knowledge of Kannada and spoken / written English and workable knowledge of Hindi is mandatory
Office timing - 9:30 - 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday work week with Sunday off
