High-Level Job Description
This position is critical to the financial accounting and reporting function. The responsibilities include all aspects of accounting month end closing activities, journal entries, general ledger account analysis and reconciliations, statutory compliance activities, financial reporting support and special projects.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close duties and G/L support to Accounting and Finance Managers
- Prepare and record monthly journal entries for assigned duties with adequate support
- Analyze accounts monthly for fluctuations and provide detailed explanations for variances
- Assist with preparation of monthly Financial Package and other accounting activities as necessary
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations in compliance with our internal control (SOX) requirements
- Provide support for evidence of SOX compliance
- Local tax compliance and statutory compliance activities
- Prepare audit schedules and provide support for external auditors
- Perform special projects as requested
- Prepare schedules and provide support for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audit- 10%
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations- 20%

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English both oral and written skills
- Technology Experience: SAP
- Technology/Telecom Industry experience preferred
- U.S. GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS (SEC experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CA required
- 4+ years experience (some level of Public accounting preferred)
