We are looking for the person for the post of 'Internal Auditor'

Job Location: - Ahmadabad

Experience :- 2-3 years into relevant field or Any Fresher (Inter CA)

Education Qualification: - Inter CA Experience or Any Inter CA Fresher

Job Description:

• Responsible to ensure 100% check & control in operational process
  
• Ensuring that financial statements are in compliance with professional accounting standards.
  
• To inform management periodically of all risks of both financial & operational due to process inefficiency and non-abeyance of internal policies & guidelines of an organization.
  
• Preparation of Audit Reports, with branch remarks & corrective action plan for future avoidance of all negative observations.
  
• Checking the Sales Bills, Petty Cash vouchers and also verifying the Expense Bills, Freight Bills and all other payment documents.
  
• Validating stock & inventory at different branches(All India Locations).
  
• Follow up & implementations of suggestions. Supporting the Management to ensure that the operations are performed in conformity with specific rules, regulations, guidelines and other requirements. Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements PF, ESI, Sale tax, WCT, TDS, Excise Duty, Service Tax.
  
• Checking the whole process of Salary Finalization with the coordination of H.R department.
  
• Verification of all Deposits, advances and various agreements.
  
• Identification and resolving of Financial as well as Operational Risk.
  
• Be flexible for travelling at different branches located all over India for auditing purpose.
  
• Report drafting and finalization of reports.
