Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall finance & accounts activities, assistance in preparation of annual 
  
• budget and forecasting, monthly financial reporting to management.
  
• Review & Posting of monthly Journals.
  
• Preparation of invoices to various clients.
  
• Variance analysis of revenue and ensuring revenue generated is in compliance with business contracts/Sow.
  
• Handling audit related activities.
  
• Compile data and prepare monthly reports and statements.
  
• Calculation of PF & ESIC of contract labours & co-ordinating with Payroll Team
  
• Other related works as may be delegated by Management as per the requirement
  
• Verification of Sales, Purchase, JV's, Bank Receipts & payments maintaining Cost Centres
  
• Preparation of monthly MIS (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, Depreciation & Provision for Expenses)
  
• Issuing & submitting Statutory Forms
  
• Review of TDS,Service Tax and other statutory compliances. Timely payment of statutory obligations and filing of necessary statutory returns.
  
• Should be able to handle finance department independently.
  

Liasioning with statutory Auditors during Audits and filing of Tax returns.

Education

• BCom/MCom – Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Accounting and Finance is preferred.
  
• Experience & Skills    
  
• Min. 6 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance in BPO setups. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; Good in all MS office tools.
