  • Responsible for customer adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Conduct high level demos and use case discussions with prospects.
  • Specifically managing a pipeline of upsell opportunities and delivering results against a quota.
  • Exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by driving opportunities and selling our products into new and existing accounts
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
  • Ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize their prospects and accounts to focus efforts on those with highest likelihood of closing, potential growth, strategic value
  • Finding new and creative ways to grow user engagement
  • Monitoring customer health to identify and manage account escalations
  • Partnering with the sales team to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Advocating customer needs cross-departmentally
  • Becoming a trusted resource for our customers
  • Work closely with our data teams to provide market feedback, helping to prioritize product & sector development
  • Help establish best practices in Customer Success to be shared with new members of a quickly growing team


·What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 1 to 3 years experiences in a relevant sales role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves:

  • Are you bilingual? Awesome...that’s a plus for us!
  • Experience with Pipedrive, or any other major CRM
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint (Google Apps and Keynote are great as well!)
