Job Description
- Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements and Journal entries
- complete general ledger operations
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
- Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.
- administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Understanding of Financial Statements and compliances as per the Companies Act’2013
- monthly closings provisions and entries
