Job Description
- Taking care of complete accounting transactions up to B/S in TallyERP9.
- Complete knowledge of VAT – Procedures, Input Vat Entries & Forms.
- Taking care of Advance tax & TDS, Paying through online payment.
- Knowledge of central excise-rules, procedures cenvat entries etc.
- Taking care of renewal of FD’s & Prepare timely accounting reports
- Taking care of settlement of vendor’s payment.
- Taking care of Accounts receivable & payable, Sales Register, Purchase Register, Bank Book, Cash Book, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Party’s ledger Accounts & Passing of Journal Entries, Cash Vouchers, Credit and Debit Notes.
- Knowledge of TDS on contract payments, placement consultants, TDS rates and issuing form 16A etc,
- Taking care of Daily banking Works & handling petty cash.
- Taking care of ‘C’ forms ‘F’ & ‘H’ Forms.
- Taking care of order status, invoicing dispatches etc.
- Periodical Reports & co-ordination with Sales & purchase depts.
- Overall in charge in admin related work.
- PT., P.F., E.S.I., -Calculations, remittances, filings-i.e., -payment challans, monthly/annual returns & PF transfer/settlement forms.
- Knowledge of Working in ERP SOFTWARE

4) Maintaining Ledger books, Petty Cash Book
5) Making payments for the vendors
6) Daily filing of vouchers/statements/other records in systematic way etc
7) Reviewing, compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions
8) Resolve accounting discrepancies and interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
9) Interaction with vendors for payment.
- Opening letter of credit.
- Preparing stock statement.
