Job Description
Position Purpose:
The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of accounts. Admin & Account Exec. will be responsible for providing both clerical and administrative support to professionals, either as part of a team or individually.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Handle all taxation and secretarial matters.
- Coordinate and handle admin matters.
- Handle daily documentation and filing.
- To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- Liaising with Govt Authorities.
- Exposure to ERP related package will be an additional advantage.
