Job description:

• To produce our financial advice reports (statements of advice) and also to do financial modeling. Both the reports and the modeling are done by using our financial planning software.
  
• Supporting Advice Using file notes produced by the Financial Planner and information contained in Adviser logic software: Production of Statement of Advice (SOA) documents using templates in application and Word, in line with adviser license standards. Production of long-term cash flow and asset projections using Adviser logic software application.  Exporting these projections to Excel to enable easy presentation to clients; Production of Record of Advice (ROA) documents. Ensuring SOA templates are kept up to date in line with license standards and current legislation.
  
• Review the impact on our investment model portfolios and recommend changes as required from guidance received.
  
• Production of client review documents using Adviser logic software and word templates.
  
• Technical keeping up to date with products being regularly recommended to clients via product provider updates
  
• Supporting Administration / New Business Following up 3rd party authority forms via call with companies for superannuation, insurance, and other policies and completing of file notes with the information obtained.                                                                              
  

Qualification:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface directly with the clients on a regular basis.
  
• Applicant should be B’Com. PG Diploma in Financial Planning and Wealth Management or MBA in finance with 1+ year’s relevant Financial Services experience. CFP (qualified or pursuing) would be an added advantage.
  
• Strong background in finance, with a solid grounding in financial theory and valuation, accounting, financial statement analysis, and business strategy.
