Job Description
- Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them
- Follow up on the claims for collection of payment.
- Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Should be able to resolve billing issues those have resulted in delay in payment
- Must be spontaneous and should have high energy levels
- Adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile when needed
