Job Description
1. Day to Day Accounting including TDS and GST Compliance.
2. Managing Independently Accounting of Lifestyle Division of Company, related worksheets/ details and reports, reconciliation, MIS using SAP and other basic accounting software Tally etc., E Commerce Recon/ Control, EBO Accounts, Payments recon etc.
3. Vendor Management ensuring all bills are entered in SAP/ Books, its MIS, Processing of payments as per due date etc.
4. Loan documentation & other Correspondences with the Banks/ Rating, Agencies and routine Treasury Compliance -WCDL Rollovers, Stock Statement, fresh disbursal, other banks related reports and certificates and other Banking transactions etc.
5. Filing of various E-returns/ forms with the Regulators- Ministries, ROC, Income Tax, GST etc.
6. Coordinating and liaising with the Vendors, Customers etc.
7. Other Misc correspondences and drafting.
