Job Description
- prepare journal entries
- complete general ledger operations
- monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- draw up monthly financial reports
- prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- assist with year end closings
- administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
- prepare tax computations and returns
- assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- assist with payroll administration
- monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
- account/bank reconciliations
- review and process expense reports
- assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- knowledge of finance principles
- knowledge of financial reporting
- Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation
- technical accounting skills

RECRUITMENT - We are small firm and required the accountant at maduravoyal
Candidate has to monitor and manage followings:
1. Invoice bookings in ERP/ zoho.
2. Debit/Credit Note accounting.
3. Accounts payable-Vendor Reconciliation and Account 4. Receivable Party Receivable
5. General Ledger Scrutiny.
6. Outward remittance.
7. Payment Accounting in ERP.
8. Bank Reconciliation.
9. Fixed Assets Accounting.
10. GST-Input/Out put tax Recon & Monthly returns.
11. Accruals/ Provision/Prepaid Accounting.
12. Support to Statutory Audit.
13. Knowledge on ZOHO (not necessary) and Advance Microsoft Excel/Word.
14. TDS compliance.
15. Should be perfect in email communication
16. Ledger reconciliation with retailers.
17. Monthly Stock Audits.
18. Candidate will be preferred with goods knowledge of Excel and Word and able to do online business reconciliation.
