Description/Role:
need an Accountant who can manage day to day accounting work, Taxation (GST), Material transfer, Batch wise costing, Books Finalization, Banking, etc
COMPETENCIES/ SKILL SET:
Excel competency
Fluency in English
Well versed with Factory accounting
Internet savvy
Experience in E-commerce
KEY DELIVERABLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Analyzing & Preparing MIS Reports
· Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)
· Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases and operations costs)
· Checking of material inward / RM & other invoices
· Analysis of Raw Materials, labor and factory overhead variances
· Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
· Support in costing role and analyze data
· Cash handling and MIS
· Analysis of Sales Accounts and Operations Accounts
· Analysis of machine efficiency and machine downtime
· Analysis of wastage and reconciliation
· Ad-hoc Reporting & Providing Commentary on Variances/Trends/One-Timers.
· Testing Internal Controls, Facilitating & Closing Yearly Accounting Books and Audit of Local Entity.
· Actively get involved in Budgeting work
· Provide support as per requirement in departments transactional work and any other work as required by the Manager.
· Prepare annual budgeting and monitoring at different heads like direct and indirect costs etc
· Work with engineering and production team to monitor and control costs
· Anything related to savings of cost to be highlighted to management for acting.
· To prepare product cost considering RM/PM cost, direct and indirect cost for existing and new formulations.
· To handle local legal and regulatory requirements
