Job Description
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
1. Posting of invoices into SAP and verifying, and reconciling invoices
2. Day to day Employee expense re-imbursement & Verification of expense report as per the policy
3. Preparation of receivable ageing and follow up with customers for payment
4. Debit Note / Credit Note booking
5. Payment entries & Bank reconciliations day to day
6. Submission of monthly details for GST return filling , gstr1, 3b, and 2
7. Day to day monitoring vendor accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions
8. Purchase Invoice booking , and monitoring cash flow
9. Monthly TDS filing
10. Attendance reconciliation and salary payable
Graduate B.com and CA interns if possible
Preffered Work Experience minimum 3 years in field, knowledge of GST , TDS , Tally, EXCEL must.
