Create and maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions line of software solutions.
Reconcile all accounts as needed. Interface with outside accounting experts such as tax CPA, auditors.
Prepare monthly financial statements. Assist the accounting department manager or owner in designing and running reports that provide business analysis and results.
Perform banking functions as required.
Must have managed all aspects of accounting system including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
Processes payments and documents such as vendor invoices/statements.
Organizes documents in systematically.
Files and/or removes records and reports
