Accountant Jobs in Gurgaon - INAAYA daycare

The Accountant will be responsible for managing the daycare’s accounts, financial statements and collating all customer and vendor invoicing. The accountant shall be dedicated, hard-working and energetic. Following are the responsibilities of INAAYA daycare’s Accountant: 

·       Collate all invoices, prepare vouchers and enter into the accounting system (Tally or equivalent).

·       Ensure all accounts are updated regularly and reflect in the accounting software.

·       Prepare accounting and financial statements.

·       Liaison with management and Daycare Head regarding any invoicing or accounting issues.

·       Prepare tax filings including TDS payments, returns etc.

·       Prepare GST filings & payments.

·       Manage payroll software (GreytHR or equivalent) and ensure timely salary payments and reimbursements, if any

·       Prepare weekly accounting reports for management’s review.

·       Prepare compliance chart on a regular basis.

·       Co-ordinate with internal/statutory auditors.

·       Co-ordinate with tax experts.

·       B. Com or Graduate with a degree in accounting.

·       At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in education or child care sector.

·       Male or female, aged 30-45 years.

·       Deep knowledge of Tally.

·       Proficient in MS Office Tools (especially Word, Excel, PPT).

·       Fluent in English and Hindi.

·       Good communication skills.

·       Pleasing personality with a professional attitude.

·       Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
