Job Description
· Booking Purchase Invoice
· Preparing Quotation, Invoice and Performa Invoice.
· Booking Expense Voucher
· Handling Petty Cash
· Posting Receipt & Payment entries in Tally as well as reflection.
· Maintaining daily all 3 attendance registers
· Reconciliation of ledger
· Petty Cash vouchers entry
· Preparing Stock Statement
· TT (Telegraphic Transfer) documentation
· Assisting the senior in accounting work
· GST, TDS working and handled returns for the same.
· Online Banking (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS)
· Statutory Compliance (PF/PT/ESIC)
· Maintaining files and records
· MIS Reports
· Knowledge of day to day accounting.
