Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- -Experience with tally accounting software to manage company's account.
- -Preparing and maintaining accounts statements as per company requirements.
- -Checking payments, Receivables and supervising banking operations.
- -Preparation of sales invoice , eway bill, delivery challan and scrutiny of purchase invoice and send Purchase orders as and when required.
- -After sales statement and Invoicing to customer.
- -Work with support of senior accounts manager in preparing balance sheet ,profit and loss account,financial report,sales -purchase list, manage all taxation documents with accuracy.
- -Maintain office filing and storage.
- -Database management- controlling and updating the accounts database after checks regulary.
- -Good computer and communication skills
