Job Description
Job Responsibilities for ACCOUNT ASSISTANT-
- Making day to day entries in Tally software.
- Prepare Sales Invoices as per Quotation & PO.
- Processes payments for invoice and payment follow -ups.
- Keeping track of cash vouchers and employee reimbursements.
- Petty cash handling.
- Review And Process Expense Reports
- Perparing cheques for vendors and utlity bills.
- Bank deposits and other bank work
- General ledger postings and statements.
- Assist for reconcile accounts and audits in a timely manner.
- Maintain data in excel sheets and making reports.
- Filling of documents in proper files.
- Handling all back office work as and when assigned.
