Job Description
- Daily updating of books of accounts
- Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements
- Intercompany Transaction & Ledger Balancing
- Posting of Month end Entries
- Preparation of Monthly Reports
- Supervise the Book Keeper
- Supporting the Finance Manager in Budgeting & Forecasting
- Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues;
- Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff;
- Arranging financial audits and reviews as required;
- Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to Monthly, Quarterly and Annual returns;
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects
