Job Description
- Graduate with a Bachelors Degree, preferably Commerce/ Accounting (Except B- tech / BE/ LLB/ B.ED / BSc (IT) OR regular MBA) You bring knowledge expertise
- 0 - 24 months work experience preferably in payroll or other transactional processing
- Skilled in computer applications including Excel Word with typing Speed of minimum 25 WPM 90% Accuracy

- Contracts
- Work Order and SOW
- Billing
- Accounting
- Payrolling
- Timesheets
- Background Check and Drug Testing
- Benefits Enrollment and De- Activation
- Employment and Education Verification
- Client Reports
- Employment Authorization Verification(I- 9 & E - Verify)
- Work Order PO Generation n Extension
- Proficiency in Data Sorting, IF conditions in V Look up
- Ability of performing rule based transactions with simple calculations
- You should demonstrate good written verbal communication.
- Preparing Vendor letter, doing Employment Verifications.
- Getting complete all paperwork formalities in a given TAT.
- Take care of I9, Work authorization, Background Verifications, Proper and true copies of the documents of new consultants, and ensure my client that a right and authentic candidate should be delivered to them.
- Previous experience from Outsourcing, Payroll industry and possessing good social skills Work Condition
- Flexibility to work in night shift environment
- Flexibility to occasionally extend work hours to meet business needs
