Job Description
- after receiving JCR prepare invoice and send to client
- follow up for payment
- after receiving cheque deposit in company bank account
- maintain company account in tally software
- Maintain material register ( inword /outword)
- maintain daily expense record
- handle payroll of employee
- manage finance of company with predefined standard ways
- tie up with good recruitment agency for recruitment service people
- aline interview with team leader and after GM
- do documentation of new employee and do verification of each document
- offer appointment letter
- relieving letter
- prepare performance report registor of each employee
- make justification report of each employee fo appraisal
- daily attendance register
- discipline of office administration and work
- keep record of each report and maintain in proper manner
