Job Description
Candidate’s Job Profile:
- Handling mails of Director.
- Preparing Project Quotation.
- Coordinating with the Procurement, Sales team and Account department.
- Preparing /Maintaining Excel sheet for monthly and yearly sales.
- Effective time/ Calendar Management in the scheduling of meeting and appointment.
- Follow-up with clients for Goods related issue.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, agenda and record minutes of meetings internally.
- Organizing flight schedules, hotel arrangements and travel itinerary for clients.
- Supporting Director on travel arrangements- flight reservation, hotel accommodations, visa application, web check-in etc.
