Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish profit & loss standards and best practices to support the company'â˘s operations.
- Form strong partnerships with local & US onshore Finance areas to facilitate strong accounting compliance.
- Provide Accounting subject matter expertise and support as needed to support the company's operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial & accounting reports and processes to maintain the company's operations.
- Maintain a well-designed and effective internal control environment
- Must be able to work in US time zone/night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST)
- Certified CA or someone who is preparing for the Chartered Accountant exam.
- B/M background
- FAMILIARITY WITH US GAAP / IFRS
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to grow his/her career in finance
