We are looking for the position of Accountant
Job Description:
  • Finance & Accounts and Banking
  • Experience in Tally, Excel and Word.
  • Day to day data entry of all business transactions.
  • Issue of Invoice and updating accounts receivables.
  • Reconciliation of Creditors and make payments.
  • Bank entries and Bank reconciliation.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Purchase & Sales Entries in Tally
  • Journal Entries.
  • Knowledge of payment processing and TDS.
  • Knowledge in GST filling and returns / TDS.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax
  • Solve query of Debtors & Creditors
  • Debit Note & Credit Note Transaction.
  • Execution of financial processes such as billing, accounting, monthly reporting, annual balance, book-keeping, tax declarations and vendor management
  • Generating Proforma and Tax Invoice in Tally ERP. Payment Entries in Tally
  • Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits
  • Reporting and In-depth analysis of monthly financial.
  • Prepare report & MIS as per requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Work experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • B.Com in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • CA Inter would be preferred
Other Responsibilities
  • Drafting Lease Agreement/Sale
  • Sale Deed
  • Sub registrar Office Works 
  • Government liaison office Works
  • Office Staff Coordination
  • Office administration is a set of day-to-day activities
  •  Experience in Preparation of Sale deed and agreement & Sub Registrar Works
  • Taking Approvals For Building Constructions Etc..
  • Note : Two wheeler vehicle compulsory.
