Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure best accounting practices are in place and implement the same.
  
• To do daily reconciliation of the various accounts with focus on cash and cheque.
  
• To ensure process for cash and cheque management.
  
• To ensure financial reporting to the Management in a timely manner.
  
• To ensure all the statutory compliance are done in a timely and effective manner.
  
• To track the expenses and ensure all expenses are booked in the right manner.
  
• To ensure cordial relationship with banks.
  

• Manage all finance and accounting operations.
  
• Review and prepare Bank reconciliation on daily basis.
  
• Preparation of monthly MIS and Variance analysis as compared with Budget in consultations with Management.
  
• Ensure that all the statutory payments are done in time.
  
• Ensure local (state level) compliance to various government agencies like TDS, VAT, PT ESIC etc.
  
• Ensure proper internal control at unit level.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
  
• Should be presentable and confident.
  
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  
• Good in verbal as well as written communication skills.
  
• Must be proficient in using MS office & MS excel.
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
