Job Description
- Review Vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and in agreement with purchase orders
- Work with Procurement and Vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Create and process vendor debit memos related to scrap
- Post customer payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review and close shop orders working closely with plant supervision
- Track and account for shipping materials
- Review and reconcile weekly payroll hours for submission to third part provider
- Manage deduction and payment of weekly union dues
