Accounts Executive :
Experience : 1-2 year.
Salary : Depends on current salary (Negotiable).
We have an urgent requirement for the post of an Accounts Executive for our New Delhi office. Kindly find,
below mentioned key credentials which we would be looking forward for in the desired candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing day to accounting activities of the head office..
• Maintain Petty cash on day to day basis & Managing Daily expenses.
• To update & maintain the books of account and other relevant records/registers on daily basis.
• To verify and process the expense claims/bills/accounting vouchers as per the company policies.
• To process payments to vendors on timely basis; To reconcile bank account on weekly & monthly
basis.
• To reconcile inter branch account with Head Office/Corporate Office on monthly basis.
• Managing & coordination with associated Banks.
• working exp in Sales Tax, Income Tax, VAT & Excise.
Key Skills:
• Should Have good knowledge of Tally, Tax, Excise.
• Should Have good knowledge of basic accounting terms.
• Must be Responsible, dedicated candidate.
