- Administration activities of the office
- Manage accounts and payments
- Manage Purchases
- Organize cashflow
- Handling Accounting & Petty cash.
- General Correspondence & preparing Letters.
- Assisting with management & team members.
- Filing of documents and records. (inclusive of GST filing)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage phone calls and general correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
