RBT Online is an E-Commerce business that has been selling consumer electronics in the online market for the past 5 years. We are based in Hyderabad and are a certified seller on both Flipkart and Amazon. We have a solid foothold in online marketplace where the majority of our sales take place and have a stellar reputation in the business.We were deemed the top seller in Hyderabad on Flipkart for the year 2019.

Responsibilities:

• Entering day to day business transactions in tally.
• Updating cash book with receipts & payments and preparation of vouchers.
• Preparation monthly outstanding reports in excel and tally.
• Submitting daily reports to the management on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Ensure that information is accurate
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Update of petty cash book
• Issue and prepare invoices and updating of purchase
• Maintain Physical record bill & Invoices
• Monthly sales report data submission
• Vendor Payment follow up
• Take care of administration related work.

Qualifications:

• Post-qualification experience of 2 to 3 years preferably in Tally.
• Should have good working knowledge of process and procedures related to Accounting,
• Should be good at organizing work – preparing, documenting, and filing
• Should have respect for time while preparing, reviewing, and filing.
• Should have experience in preparing reports which are presentable and easy to read.
• Should have the ability to self-review the work.
• Should have good computation skills – Office 365, Tally, etc.
• Should work with minimal supervision.
• Should have clarity of thought and think on his/her feet.
• Shave have a vision to excel in this field.
• Good communication skills.
