Job Description
RBT Online is an E-Commerce business that has been selling consumer electronics in the online market for the past 5 years. We are based in Hyderabad and are a certified seller on both Flipkart and Amazon. We have a solid foothold in online marketplace where the majority of our sales take place and have a stellar reputation in the business.We were deemed the top seller in Hyderabad on Flipkart for the year 2019.
Responsibilities:
- Entering day to day business transactions in tally.
- Updating cash book with receipts & payments and preparation of vouchers.
- Preparation monthly outstanding reports in excel and tally.
- Submitting daily reports to the management on time.
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure that information is accurate
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Update of petty cash book
- Issue and prepare invoices and updating of purchase
- Maintain Physical record bill & Invoices
- Monthly sales report data submission
- Vendor Payment follow up
- Take care of administration related work.
Qualifications:
- Post-qualification experience of 2 to 3 years preferably in Tally.
- Should have good working knowledge of process and procedures related to Accounting,
- Should be good at organizing work – preparing, documenting, and filing
- Should have respect for time while preparing, reviewing, and filing.
- Should have experience in preparing reports which are presentable and easy to read.
- Should have the ability to self-review the work.
- Should have good computation skills – Office 365, Tally, etc.
- Should work with minimal supervision.
- Should have clarity of thought and think on his/her feet.
- Shave have a vision to excel in this field.
- Good communication skills.
