Designation: - Accounts Executive.

Desired skills

• Experience in Reconciliation, Collection, Invoicing (Imp)
• Good to have Quick Book knowledge
• Interact with consultants who are on Job via telephony, gather Time sheets, Screen them
• Taking care of Vendors bills received from the Vendors
• Responsible for Bill rate changes and Project End dates for Consultants
• Responsible for complete Accounts Receivables
• Regular follow up with the Customers / Clients for the payments (Account Receivables)
• A separate database is maintained for the collection efforts.
• Aging Analysis
• Updating all received payments in quick books.
• Reconciliation of received payments
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Knowledge on Contracts, which involves complete study of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), signing POs (Purchase Orders) etc.

Knowledge must to have:

• Work also involves Accounts Payable wherein bills received from the Vendors are saved in the Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Entering bills into quick books.
• Preparing deposits reports.
• Entering in to Bills in Quick Books.
• Reconciliation of Vendor bills, Expenses and Payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain vendor files
• Requirement: - Graduate with Excellent communication.
  
• Experience : - min 1 year.
  
• Compensation : - 15,000 Per Month.

• Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹18,000.00 /month
