Job Description
Maintenance of books of accounts & Liasion works.
Preparation of vouchers like cash, bank, sales, purchases, & journal entries.
Preparation of invoice, dispatch details.
Preparation of manual, vendor cheques as and when required.
Reconciliation of bank statement, debtors & creditors, sales & purchases.
Maintenance of accounts of receivable & payable.
Maintaining cash & bank operations.
CO-Ordination with other departments for ledger postings & updating tally.
Updating daily petty cash reports
Generation of periodical MIS reports & updating management.
GST reports.
Consolidation of TDS data.
Profit & loss, trial balance verification.
Communicating with CA in generating Audit Reports
