Post - Account Executive

Veripro caters to the Auto, Earth Moving Equipment, Defence, Cement, Iron & Steel, Mining industries with products ranging into Metal Working, Mining, Safety and Garments.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a candidate for the post of Accounts Executive. Please find below the Job Description for your kind perusal.

JOB PROFILE

1.       Book Keeping in Tally 9 ERP

2.       Invoicing – thru Tally 9 ERP

3.       Co-ordinate with Branch office & update their accounts at HO

4.       All accounting reports thru Tally ERP

5.       Handle Direct & Indirect Taxation under supervision of team leader.

6.       Handle Import purchases & co-ordinate documentation with agencies

7.       Handle Insurance – Marine, Transit & others

8.       Handle petty cash

9.       Handle other accounts related jobs with vendors, customers, principals & dealers.

10.   Knowledge in GST will be preferred.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

1.       Female

2.       Commerce Graduate

3.       Computer accountant

4.       Excellent Written & spoken English

5.       Excellent communication skills

6.       1-3 years working experience in accounting with Tally 9, Tally 9 ERP

7.       Working Experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation

8.       Knowledge/ Experience in import procedures will be added advantage

9.       Good Negotiation skills will be added advantage
