Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Tally Entries Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments &Petty cash vouchers.
- Updating due date file, net banking & bank records.
- Updating courier file & rent file.
- Preparation of cheque
- Preparation of outstation bills.
- Completing online SBI & other banking transfer of payments
- Preparation of TDS working.
- Preparation of Professional Tax working.
- Petty cash checking & preparation of deduction list for all branches across .
- Passing entries in tally of petty cash vouchers.
- Handling payrolls
- To look after all Taxation matter
- Bank Loans & other bank related matters
- Bank Reconciliation on daily basis
- Should have the knowledge of tally & advance excel .
- Should be aware of all banking activity & payroll.
- knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS & GST)
- Should be able to handle all accounting.
