Job Description
- Posting & Review Journal entries.
- Adjustment of foreign exchange gain/ loss.
- To ensure monthly General Ledger Reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of Banks, Debtors and creditors a/c.
- Preparing monthly budget.
- Processing SP/TE claims.
- Looking after banking activities.
- Preparing Aging bucket report.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.
- G/L scrutiny and balance confirmation with related customer/vendor.
- Analysis of customer payment performance and controlling credit terms accordingly.
- Resolving any queries regarding payments, invoice or balance confirmation from customers/vendors
- Monthly payment of taxes – TDS, VAT, SERVICE TAX, PT, PF & ESIC.
- Successfully filed TDS, Service tax, PT returns online.
