Job Description
Position: HOTEL SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
- Location:Hotel 4 starshotel Raigarh Chhattisgarh
- Qualification: B.COM/ M.COM/BBA / MBA,
- Experience: 3 + Years’ Experience in Tally, IDS Software will get privilege.
- IDS report, Room Bill, Commission Voucher, Batch Close MR, Allowance Voucher, room sales report, night audit report & FO Cashier report collect form Front desk.
- Checking and verifying all above items and find out imperfection and shutout the same on day basis.
- Cash payment through voucher after initial of requisition/ HOD and Account.
- Data entry in tally (data from cash, bank, journal, sales and purchase)
- Daily room bill checking with GRC form that should be tally with cash book at Front desk.
- Daily F & B sales reports collect from Cashier, checking and verifying Room Service Restaurant, NC & Complimentary bills according to sales report generate from IDS.
- Collect banquet sales report and check billing details on day to day basis.
- All back office registers should be cross checked accordance to store purchase order sheet.
- Daily KOT Analysis, Checking and record keeping.
- Daily food sale bill checking.
- Prepare of a report of stock variance on weekly basis.
- Verification of store receipt & issue entries in IDS Software & manual stock register
- Supervise the closing stock of kitchen department on daily basis & preparing closing stock report.
- To be prepared monthly closing report.
