Job Description
- Company Name - Iron Mountain
- Experience - 1 to 3 years
- Location – Andheri - Marol
- Timings – Night shifts – salary (2.0 to 3.50 LPA)
- Day shifts – salary ( 1.0 to 2.40)
- Only males candidate are allowed
- oracle is mandatory
- Execution and generation of monthly invoicing for services rendered by various divisions such as Records, Media, DMS etc.
- Ensuring billing process is followed smoothly to avoid Revenue leakage and Invoices are validated for accuracy.
- Ensuring Internal requests (of Revising Invoices or Providing Soft copies of Invoices) from other functional team are addressed within agreed TAT.
- Ensuring prompt and timely dispatching of Invoices to Customer.
- Resolving client queries & issues promptly and in timely manner.
- Efficient coordinating with various departments sales, operation team to resolve client issues smoothly.
- Providing timely MIS for Management reporting and monthly revenue closing.
- oracle is mandatory
- Providing timely reports for statutory compliance like GST reporting, Audit etc.
- Support in resolving collection queries and ensuring smooth collection of Invoices.
- Effective writing and speaking skills and able to close independently customer queries, attend customer meeting. the project will be for one year. ( contract can be renewed depends on the performance )
- Measurable Criteria
- Monthly Sales Invoicing before 10th of every month.
- No Revenue leakage
- Deadline / Timely completion of Invoice submission to customers.
- Resolving and auctioning Collection queries as per agreed TAT.
- Customer or employee satisfaction
- Able to work independently and ownership quality.
- Timely Completion of daily/ weekly/monthly Report
- Timely Statutory Compliance
- Keeping customer queries at a minimum level.
- Account Receivable and Account Payable
