Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Account's Executive Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing accounts and tax returns and ensuring timely filing of returns of TDS & GST
Preparing invoices – purchase and sales
Verifying and clearing expense claims
Preparing tax calculation sheets
Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Keeping account books and systems up to date.
Ensuring timely submission of PF, ESIC, Prof. Tax contributions, LWF etc.
Ensuring compliance to all statutory requirements
Admin Executive's Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Vendor coordination and management
Managing housekeeping staff and activities
Event coordination
