Job Description
Zealinx services is a product and services based company.
Ø Account Administrator should assist with the day to day account activities and work with backend operation of the company.
Ø Responsible for organizing and maintaining client and vendors file,interacting with their necessary need, verifying the client and vendors work orders and other duties that are been assigned when necessary.
Ø Perform daily database maintenances, typing proposal, Bookkeeping procedures, organizing all contracts, evaluate all agreement and invoices.
Ø Responsible for processing the payroll of the employee, emp attendances and reporting the management regarding finances and also process the orders in a timely manner.
Ø Should able to handle all sorts of admin activities based on the company.
Ø Responsible for Preparing Strategies and Implementing Them to Sell the Product/ Service, Managing Budget and Bringing Leads.
Ø Responsible for Managing Company's Accounts are Payable and Receivable.
SKILLS
Ø Knowledge in MS Excel/MS Word
Ø Communication and management skills
Ø Experiences in account software
Ø Detailed Oriented
Ø Typewriting Knowledge
