Job Description
Accounts & Administration Executive
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce.
Experience:
- 2-3 years with good exposure to TALLY 9 and general accounting.
- Must be very good with MS excel and should have excellent communication skills.
- Additional exposure to data entry shall be an advantage
Job Description :
- Responsible in working with Tally ERP Version 9 Will be responsible for doing Follow-up payments, cash management Petty cash and voucher payments. Will be responsible for coordinating with departments for any other accounting works as specified from time to time.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping.
