Arokia IT Pvt Limited – (Bangalore Office) is looking for an Accounts Administrator Executive (Fresher Level)
Job Description:
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Good Communication in English and Hindi.
- Preparing monthly invoice generation and dispatching the same to the customer.
- Take care of all billing and invoice related work.
- Updating accounts files and bank book reconciliation
- Maintaining cash flow statements.
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Supervision of entire admin department.
- Field work like going to bank, client place, stationary etc.
- Preparing attendance and other payroll processing data.
- Assist in the monthly financial audit.
- Keep the record of vouchers/bills/petty cash.
- Filing and paperwork.
- Secures financial information.
- Payment follow-ups.
- Attending phone calls and checking emails and replying to them.
