Job Description
- Process payments and documents such as invoices, contracts, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements.
- Process vendor and supplier invoices, in a timely manner, verifying accuracy, approvals and account coding.
- Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in accounting software
- Understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system updates and revisions, and policy changes.
- Reconcile and/or balance financial transactions and accounts.
- Possess a working knowledge of the payroll processes.
