- Urgent requirement for Accounts Assistant/ Jr. Accounts Executive
- Cerulean Information Technology Private Limited - Bengaluru, Karnataka
- 1,20,000 - 3,00,000 a year / 12000 - 25000 per month
- Cerulean looking for talented candidates for Junior level accounts position.
- Experience: 0-3 years (Male candidate only)
- Qualification: B.com
- Fluency in English and Kannada mandatory.
- Must be having valid driving license
- Role: Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Executive Responsibilities:
- Working with excel sheet and tally.
- Candidate will be working in coordination with accounts manager.
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Raising the Purchase Order & Invoices
- Debtors and creditors statement
- Filling the GST returns Generating the E-sugam
- Passing the entries of purchase, sales, expenses, incomes and Bank transactions in Tally Bank reconciliation
- Preparation of payroll
- Maintain the books of Accounts Preparing ‘C’ form
- Maintain Petty cash books MIS Updating & Inventory
- Management TDS filing
- Accounting Day to Day Expenses Payment
- Follow ups Issue of salary slips
- Preparing monthly cash, stock & inward, outward reports
- Statutory returns and compliance with statutory authorities and more.
